The Habit Burger Grill

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE on Monday 5/11/2020 at about 6:45 pmI called to make an order and told the lady who was me if I could use a birthday coupon for a free char burger with cheese. She said they couldn't process the coupon through the phone or via online order and that I would have to order in person to use the coupon. I took a few seconds to discuss it with my wife, no more than 10 seconds, and then the lady who was assisting me with her superb customer service hung up on me without saying anything or attempting to finalize the order I placed. She just hung up on me.

This new location is outside the JC Penney's store. Not much foot traffic yet but has the usual goodies😊

There hasn’t been a time where they HAVENT messed up our order. It’s always right on the receipt. Today when they remade our burger because they made it wrong the first time, the second patty was RAW. Like bright red raw. We love the food but we are sooooo done with this location. It’s a joke.
